2 PROFESSIONAL ATTENDANTS

To ensure your guest has the best experience possible and smooth process, we have 1 attendant at the booth to engage and animate your guest, and 1 at the sharing station make sure all your guest recieve their videos.

DELIVERY & SETUP

Our team will arrive approximately 2 hours prior start time to setup, And will breakdown right after rental time.

GOPRO CAMERA BOOTH

Unlike other companies that use a smartphone, we use the latest GoPro camera system to ensure the best video quality.

PREMIUM PROPS

We provide premium props curated based on event/brand colors and/or event theme

TV AND IPAD SHARING STATION

The TV displays a video caroussel of all sessions being taken. Guests receive their video from the Ipad via Airdrop, QR Code, email or sms.

MODERN SETUP

Our booth is wireless and battery powerd pair with stanchions to match your event color

PERSONALIZED OVERLAY AND SOUNDTRACK

All videos will be personalized, we design a unique overlay frame tailored to your event theme, style, color or brand.

A personal video gallery will be created online with all videos, and shared with you within 24 hours after the event.

LIABILITY INSURANCE

We have General Liability Insurance that covers risk of clients injury and property damage (venue) caused by us during our performance. Most venue requires this

CAN THIS BE OUTDOORS?

Technically yes, but we strongly recommend it to be indoors.

HOW MANY PEOPLE CAN FIT ON THE PLATFORM?

All of our our platform can fit up to 4 people at a time

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO SETUP?

Our staff will arrive 2 hours prior to our start time for setup.

WHAT IF I WANT THE SETUP TO BE DONE BEFORE THE ORIGINAL SETUP TIME?

We charge $80 per idle hour time, Idle time is a period of time in which the setup is done and available, but the 2 attendants are not operating it. This usually happen when client does not want us to setup during the on going event.

DO YOU HAVE INSURANCE?

Absolutely. Just let us know and we can provide our liability insurance details to your event venue

CAN THE EQUIPMENTS BE BRANDED?

Yes! We can wrap the whole thing to match your brand
