CAN THIS BE OUTDOORS?
Technically yes, but we strongly recommend it to be indoors.
WHAT DOES UNLIMITED PRINTING MEAN?
It means everyone in a picture gets a copy no matter how many times they take a photo
DOES MY GUEST GET TO EXPERIENCE ONLY ONE FROM THE 3 OPTIONS?
The booth comes with unlimited sessions, meaning your guest can do whichever experience they desire how many time they want, they just choose the experience in the begining of each session.
CAN THE EQUIPMENTS BE BRANDED?
Yes! We can wrap the whole thing to match your brand
HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO SETUP?
Our staff arrives one hour prior to our start time for setup
WHAT IF I WANT THE SETUP TO BE DONE BEFORE THE ORIGINAL SETUP TIME?
We charge $50 per hour idle time, Idle time is a period of time in which the setup is done and available, but the attendant are not operating it. This usually happen when client does not want us to setup during an on going event.
WILL I RECEIVE A GALLERY WITH ALL IMAGES?
Yes! After the event, you’ll receive an email with a gallery of all the images!
DO YOU HAVE INSURANCE?
Absolutely. Just let us know and we can provide our liability insurance details to your event venue
CAN I USE MY OWN BACKDROP?
Yes! We’d love to see your creativity or work with other vendors to create something unique and beautiful. Note that there is no discount for using your own backdrop.
